Stillcue

Terms of Use

Effective date: July 30, 2026

By downloading or using Stillcue, you agree to these Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.

1. Agreement

These Terms form an agreement between you and the app provider identified on Stillcue’s App Store product page. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. App purpose

Stillcue is a general productivity tool that provides an interval timer and user-created local reminders. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, clinical, psychological, diagnostic, or emergency advice.

3. License

Your license to use Stillcue is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

4. Notifications and availability

Reminder delivery depends on iOS, notification permission, Focus settings, sound settings, battery state, and other device conditions. Stillcue does not guarantee that a notification will arrive at an exact time. Do not rely on Stillcue for emergencies, medication, safety-critical tasks, or any situation where a missed reminder could cause harm.

5. Your content and local data

You are responsible for the reminder text you create. Reminder content and preferences are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining any information you cannot afford to lose. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Stillcue, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

7. Changes and discontinuation

Stillcue may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued. Features and device requirements may change in future versions.

8. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stillcue is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the app provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Stillcue. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when Stillcue or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
