Summary: Stillcue works locally on your device. It does not require an account and does not collect, transmit, sell, or track personal data.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how the Stillcue iPhone app handles information. It applies to Stillcue version 1.0 and this support website.
2. Information stored on your device
Stillcue stores the following information locally so the app can remember your choices:
- Reminder titles, icons, cadence, enabled state, and ordering
- Your selected timer interval
- Your sound preference
- Timer state needed to present the current rhythm
This information remains in the app’s private local storage and is not uploaded by Stillcue. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data.
3. Notifications
Stillcue asks for notification permission only after you choose to start the timer. If permission is granted, the app uses Apple’s local notification system to schedule enabled reminders on your device.
You can deny notification permission or change it later in iOS Settings. The in-app timer remains available when permission is denied.
4. Data collection and tracking
Stillcue does not:
- Collect personal information or app-usage data
- Track you across apps or websites
- Use advertising, analytics, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs
- Upload reminder content or preferences
- Sell or share personal data
5. Apple services
Apple may independently process App Store, download, payment, device, or diagnostic information under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. Stillcue does not control Apple’s processing.
6. Children’s privacy
Stillcue does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because the app does not collect personal data.
7. Changes to this policy
If Stillcue’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before the new behavior is released. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
