欢迎使用"之最·地理科普"（以下简称"本应用"）。在使用前，请仔细阅读并同意本协议。

一、服务说明

本应用是一款核心浏览与学习功能可离线使用的地理科普工具，提供 1,000 条“四级地理圈层 × 八大品类”词条的浏览、检索、收藏与笔记，以及基于 100 道精选题源的每日学习、四选一测验、错题复习和本地学习进度功能。应用支持 13 种本地化语言。加载商品、购买、恢复购买及打开外部页面需要网络。

二、内容声明

• 本应用科普内容依据公开资料整理并标注来源，力求准确，但仅供科普学习参考，不构成任何专业、学术或决策依据。
• 个别数值会随权威机构最新测量、统计口径而更新，我们将通过版本更新持续修订。
• 如您发现内容有误，欢迎通过下方联系方式反馈。

三、会员与内购

• 今日学习、错题复习、学习进度以及基础浏览、筛选、收藏、笔记功能免费使用。每个浏览序列前 5 条可完整阅读；会员（月度订阅 / 年度订阅 / 终身买断）解锁全部 1,000 条词条、后续新增内容与高清知识卡片。
• 月度订阅含 7 天免费试用，试用结束后自动按订阅价续费，除非在当期结束前至少 24 小时取消；年度订阅自动续订；终身买断为一次性付费、不自动续订。
• 所有支付经由 Apple App Store 处理，您可在系统"设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅"中管理或取消订阅。退款适用 Apple 的相关政策。

四、知识产权

本应用的界面设计、软件代码、编排体例及整理后的内容受著作权法保护。未经许可，不得复制、传播或用于商业用途。

五、免责声明

本应用按"现状"提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接损失承担责任。

六、协议变更与适用法律

我们可能不时更新本协议并在本页发布。本协议的解释与适用受中华人民共和国相关法律管辖。

Terms of Service (English)

World Record Atlas is a geography reference and learning app with 1,000 sourced entries, 100 curated Daily Learning questions and 13 localized languages. Core browsing, Daily Learning and spaced review work offline. StoreKit purchases, Restore Purchases and external pages require a connection. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Content

Content is compiled from public materials and includes source citations. It is provided for educational reference only and does not constitute professional advice. Figures may be revised via app updates.

Membership & In-App Purchases

• Daily Learning, spaced review, Learning Progress, basic browsing, filtering, favorites and notes are free. The first five entries in each browsing sequence can be read in full. Membership (monthly / yearly / lifetime) unlocks all 1,000 entries, future additions and HD knowledge cards.
• The monthly subscription includes a 7-day free trial; it auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The yearly plan auto-renews; the lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
• Payments are handled by Apple. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

The app's design, code, and curated content are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.
