Privacy Policy for Versewick

Versewick is designed to be private by default. The app works on your device, does not require an account, and does not collect personal data.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information.
Versewick does not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, tracking tools, user accounts, or our own servers. We do not collect, sell, rent, or share your personal data.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
Versewick may store app preferences locally on your device, such as:
- language preference;
- selected goals or moods;
- reminder settings;
- saved verses;
- widget theme preferences;
- reflection notes you choose to write;
- subscription status provided through Apple StoreKit.
This information stays on your device. We do not receive or access it.
If your device backup settings are enabled, iOS or Apple services may include app data in your device backup according to Apple's own policies.
3. Notifications
If you enable prayer reminders, Versewick schedules local notifications on your device.
We do not operate a push notification server, and reminder content is not sent to us.
4. Photos
If you choose to save a verse share card to Photos, Versewick may request permission to add the generated image to your photo library.
Versewick does not read, upload, scan, or collect your photos.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Versewick Plus subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not receive your payment card details or billing information. Subscription management, renewals, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
6. Network, Analytics, and Tracking
Versewick does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking.
The app's core content is included in the app and can work without our servers. Some actions, such as opening Apple subscription management, App Store purchase flows, privacy policy links, or terms links, may use Apple or browser services.
7. Children's Privacy
Versewick does not knowingly collect data from children or from any user. Because we do not collect personal data, we do not knowingly store personal information from children.
8. Data Deletion
Because Versewick stores app data locally on your device, you can delete local app data by deleting the app from your device.
Subscription records are managed by Apple and can be managed through your Apple Account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.

Versewick Plus 订阅由 Apple 通过 App Store 处理。
我们不会接收你的银行卡信息或账单信息。订阅管理、续订、退款和付款处理均由 Apple 负责。
你可以在 Apple 账户设置中管理或取消订阅。

Versewick 不使用第三方分析、广告或追踪服务。
