This page describes the current Keynora MVP behavior. Keynora is a local-first credential vault; this policy will be updated before any material change to data handling.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how the current Keynora iOS MVP handles information. Keynora is designed to help you create, store, find, copy, and use login credentials on your device.
2. Information stored on your device
When you save a credential, Keynora stores the information you enter — such as its name, username, password, website, notes, and timestamps — in the Apple Keychain on your device. The current MVP uses device-only Keychain protection for its vault data.
Keynora also stores limited non-sensitive preferences, such as onboarding completion and AutoFill education status, in iOS app preferences.
3. No account, no cloud upload in the current MVP
The current MVP does not require you to create a Keynora account. It has no Keynora-operated backend, no cloud synchronization service, and does not upload your vault credentials to our servers. We do not sell your credential data.
4. Face ID, Touch ID, and device authentication
Keynora may ask iOS to authenticate you with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode before unlocking the app. Biometric templates remain managed by Apple and your device; Keynora receives only the authentication result.
5. AutoFill
If you enable Keynora in iOS Password AutoFill, the Keynora credential provider extension can read the same device Keychain vault to present credentials that you choose to fill. This occurs through Apple’s AutoFill framework. Keynora does not send selected credentials to a Keynora server.
6. Purchases
Keynora offers an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase, Keynora Pro — Lifetime Unlock, which unlocks unlimited credential storage. It is not a subscription: it does not renew automatically, and there is no subscription to cancel.
Payments, applicable taxes, refunds, and purchase records are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. Keynora does not collect or store your payment card information. If you are eligible, you can use Restore Purchases in the app to restore a prior purchase associated with your Apple Account. Access to Pro is determined from Apple-verified purchase status; a refunded or revoked purchase may no longer provide Pro access.
7. Diagnostics and analytics
The current MVP does not include a third-party analytics SDK. Development diagnostics use fixed event names only and are designed not to include passwords, usernames, websites, notes, or credential identifiers. Do not include vault credentials in support emails.
8. Retention and deletion
Your vault remains on your device until you delete individual credentials or use the in-app “Delete all vault data” control. That control removes the Keynora vault data from the device Keychain. You are responsible for keeping access to your device and for deleting data before transferring it to another person.
9. Children
Keynora is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Keynora’s data practices materially change. The effective date at the top will be updated when we do.

5. AutoFill
如果您在 iOS 密码自动填充中启用 Keynora，Keynora 凭据提供扩展可以读取同一设备 Keychain 保险箱，以展示由您选择填写的凭据。此过程通过 Apple 的 AutoFill 框架完成。Keynora 不会把您选中的凭据发送到 Keynora 服务器。
6. 购买
Keynora 提供一项可选的、一次性购买的非消耗型 App 内购买项目：Keynora Pro — Lifetime Unlock。购买后可解锁无限凭据存储。该项目不是订阅：不会自动续费，也没有需要取消的订阅。
付款、适用税费、退款和购买记录均由 Apple 按照 Apple 的条款和隐私政策处理。Keynora 不收集或保存您的支付卡信息。如您符合恢复条件，可在 App 内使用恢复购买恢复与您的 Apple 账户关联的既有购买。Pro 访问权限以 Apple 已验证的购买状态为准；已退款或被撤销的购买可能不再提供 Pro 访问权限。
7. 诊断与分析
当前 MVP 不包含第三方分析 SDK。开发诊断仅使用固定事件名称，并且设计为不包含密码、用户名、网站、备注或凭据标识符。请勿在支持邮件中包含保险箱凭据。
8. 保留与删除
您的保险箱会保留在设备上，直到您删除单条凭据或使用 App 内的“删除全部保险箱数据”功能。该功能会从设备 Keychain 中移除 Keynora 保险箱数据。请在将设备转交他人前自行删除数据，并妥善保管设备访问权限。
9. 儿童
Keynora 并非面向 13 岁以下儿童。我们不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。
10. 本政策的变更
当 Keynora 的数据处理方式发生实质性变化时，我们可能更新本政策。届时将同步更新本页顶部的生效日期。
